CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceled appointments less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, will be subject to a deposit of 100% of service in order to schedule future appointments. The deposit credit will be applied to the total service cost at time of checkout out, unless your appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than [24 hours] before the appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee , please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.

GROUP BOOKINGS

All groups of three or more will require a 50% deposit for services.

NO CALL NO SHOW

No call / no show appointments will be subject to 100% deposit for all future bookings.

Spa services

Massage, Skin Care and Lashes require a 50% deposit.

FIRST TIME GUEST

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking for new clients.

 

Late Appointment Policy at Beachside Beauty

At Beachside Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both our clients and staff, we have implemented the following policy regarding late appointments.

  1. Grace Period:

    • Beachside Beauty allows a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to accommodate our clients whenever possible.

  2. Confirmation Call:

    • If a client arrives within the 10-minute grace period, no adjustments will be made to the scheduled services.

    • If a client is 10 minutes late or more, a courtesy phone call will be made to confirm their intention to proceed with the appointment.

  3. Adjustments to Services:

    • If the client confirms their intention to proceed but exceeds the 10-minute grace period, we will work with the guest to accommodate the available time.

    • In such cases, parts of the scheduled services may need to be adjusted or omitted to fit within the remaining time.

  4. Expense Coverage:

    • The client will be responsible for covering the expense of the full booked appointment, regardless of any adjustments made due to late arrival.

  5. Service Unavailability:

    • If the late arrival prevents the completion of the scheduled services, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

    • In such cases, the client will be charged a fee for the missed appointment.

  6. Rescheduling Fee:

    • A rescheduling fee will be applicable for any missed appointments, as we value our stylists' time and aim to accommodate all clients efficiently.

  7. Communication:

    • We encourage open communication between clients and our staff regarding any delays or changes to appointments.

  8. Exceptions:

    • Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the delay and availability of our staff.
